The democrats, who were blocking four judicial candidates, kept showing the statistics of previous candidates that they did support. I believe the number was something like 163-4. The amazing part about this was that the visual aids, used by our senators, looked like something out of a fifth-grade science fair exhibit. One chart was all blue, with the numbers 163-4. Hillary Clinton actually got a little bit more detailed. She had a graph with a bunch of red apples on top(assumingly representing the number 163), and only four green apples on the bottom!?!? Just to be fair, the Republicans had some pretty stupid graphs and pie charts as well. They were provided with blankets, coffee, pillows, etc. for this talk-a-thon!! Many of my friends' dads work in a steel and wire mill. Sometimes in shifts of up to 16-20 hours in triple digit heat!
