Hosts on news shows ask the Muslim guest a stock question; "Why do they hate us?" But the Muslim guest always takes this common American ice-breaker as a legitimate question. They have no idea that Americans couldn't care less what anyone from the Islamic stone age thinks about them. Yet they whine on and on about the boring old Palestinian thing. Don't they know that Americans long ago stopped caring about suicide bombing madmen and all that rock throwing over a postage stamp piece of desert so small one could pack 100 of them inside of a state like Wyoming? (And Americans didn't even use Wyoming for anything.) How could they possibly understand that their hatred of us was simply dismissed as jealousy? Americans like to make the rest of the world jealous!  But more and more people were starting to ask -  "What idiot gave those Allah fanatics so many rocket propelled grenades?!"
